Our Principal Dr. Anita Verma of SN Sewa Sansthan Girls Degree College is a patron, custodian, supervisor, administrator, adjudicator, protector, inspirer, and so on.
As the Academic and Administrative Head of the Institution, the Principal remains liable to follow and monitor the standard of academic work.
- Being head of the institution principal promotes academic growth in the college and monitors the teaching research and training programs of the college.
- The principal of a college participates in teaching research training of the college and guides in the planning and implementation of academic programs actively in the college.
- Principal is the guide in planning and implementation of academic programs such as orientation courses, seminars, in-service, and other training programmes organized by the institute for the academic competence of the faculty.
- Responsible for holding academic council meetings as per the norms and coordinating as well as motivating the faculty administrative authorities and the supporting staff.
- Shall work for the common goal of providing effective technical education and guiding to enable the students to carve out promising careers and lifelong learning.
- Spokesperson of the institution and takes part in regional, national, and international conventions in serving the cause of development of technical education in particular.
- Along with all the staff working under her, is singularly and collectively responsible to the Board of Governors, Academic Council, University, State Government, AICTE/UGC, students, and parents for the smooth and effective functioning of the college.
